Ahhh – Stress!  
You have enough… but do you really know what it is?

Stress is the body’s best effort to accommodate your conflicting intentions:

  • “I have to, but I can’t”
  • “If I don’t, they’ll be mad”
  • “I’ll be punished, but I still want to”

These were all laid down as children, complicated by adolescence and stressful now!
