If Joy is our birthright why is it so hard to access? What is joy anyway?
These challenging questions will be tackled throughout the weekend as we discover the keys to accessing the natural underlying state of joy we are all born with:
Congruence within, and between, our body, heart and brain.
Since it is rare, and nearly impossible, for the body, heart and brain to be in optimal state of well-being at all times, we will explore ways to bring awareness and then congruence to the three aspects:
Joy Body = our emotions, beliefs and physical structure are congruent.
Joy Heart = the four chambers of our heart “speak and listen” to each other.
Joy Brain = brain wiring in our emotional brain (as opposed to our thinking brain) can be rewired toward joy
