Our stance in the world is felt by others to express our values, willingness and power. “Stance” is a composite of movements made and movements inhibited, the majority being hardwired by age three.
Our behaviors consist of these same movements made and not. We feel, and others see, constraint, permission, hesitation, initiative and their compensations.
What we all want is to be at home in our bodies, with each other and on our planet. We want to Belong.
We will recruit movements, of course, but also the expanded internal awarenesses needed to feel and see ourselves as we are changing to recognize our growth and greater ease of being. This also will invite connection with others of similar stature.
