Workshop Information
It is frequently the case that a month after the holidays we continue to attempt:
- to recycle residue from reawakened childhood echoes
- to convert resolutions into commitments to others and ourselves
- to feel in our hearts the benefits and blessings our families, extended and
otherwise, actually brought us
- to have clarity of what to plant next
Our bodies retain all the innate and adaptive truths of our lives. These memory experiences were encoded by movement, emotion, our many-more-than-five senses and our inborn reasons for living in the first place.
So we will devote this day to these same tools to learn directly from within where we are now and where we could possibly go.

Fees:
$150 for the day.
Bring a friend or family member and both receive a $20 discount.
Cancellation Policy:
There will be a 20% processing fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
