I was first introduced to IA in 1994 while seeking relief from several years of chronic neck and back pain. Not only did IA provide me with tools to heal my back, it threw open wide the door to a previously unknown realm of consciousness, choice and change. In the ensuing years, I have been drawn again and again to study and embody the principles and practices of Integrated Awareness.
