| What originally drew me to Integrated Awareness? | |||
| At the end of the last process at my first workshop, I remember looking into the eyes of a person I'd just met that weekend, and seeing their total unconditional acceptance and forgiveness of me. That feeling and that look stayed with me almost 20 years while I worked and pursued other area of my life.
The next time IA crossed my path, there was a sense of recognition --- I couldn't not turn, and follow, and be immersed in IA. There was a resonance with my life purpose and the ongoing path of my spiritual journey. For me, IA is a way of living out one's be-ing. Through re-gained or new movement, I am able to make new and conscious choices, including choosing self-trust, forgiveness, gratitude and connection. In this state of expansion is Not Knowing, Curiosity, Possibility and Choice. Self-discovery leads to self-healing…..and the opportunity now to assist others along a path of allowing themselves more choice. |

| A description of my current services: | |||
| More of a gift of IA than a skill is holding and honoring the sense of sacred in all interactions, first and foremost in hands-on touch. Healing becomes more possible when touching while being fully present and unconditional, in a state of vulnerability (a willingness for connection). Being in linkage with another allows for the possibility of change, and is always sacred space. | |||
