Bodies must feel and prioritize not only the familiar 5 external senses, but also the internal ones of proprioception, kinesthesia and time, as well as the two-way channels of emotion and energy.
Many of us sense the existence of the spiritual, too.
Our bodies are 100 percent faithful to often conflicting instructions from many differing aspects of our being. These originate from the beginning of our sovereignty as an individual to the present, expressing rules and adaptations from every age of our lives.
We’ve all come across the idea of – and some extremely limited translations of – “body language”. Another, and usually minimized or overlooked, truth about this concept is that Your’s is as individual and unique as your face or fingerprints! To express and suppress the totality of your nature it HAS to be.
The uplifting facet of this exists in the fact that each movement made or inhibited carries with it markers identifying its origin, initial purpose and current confirmation. Our bodies replace tens of millions of cells every day, and they are highly adaptable. New or changed movements instruct them and all who follow to operate in whatever improved and revised patterns you create.
